This open full-time, non-management position in the Food and Beverage & Culinary category at JW Marriott in Detroit is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and food service who are looking to grow their careers within a globally recognized hospitality brand. Job Duties

  • Greet guests and attend to tables without delay
  • serve food and beverages to guests and provide recommendations if necessary
  • share menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
  • correctly and timely record transactions in the MICROS system
  • approach guests to ensure satisfaction with each dish and drink
  • clean tables, complete closing tasks, and replenish dishware and supplies
