The role within Moxies centers around providing a world-class impression to each guest while supporting the team in various capacities. This position involves greeting and seating guests promptly and warmly, maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment, and handling reservations and guest inquiries professionally via phone. A key responsibility is to continuously seek opportunities to deliver outstanding hospitality not only to guests but also among team members, promoting a positive and cooperative work environment. Additionally, the role involves actively participating in welcoming and training new team members to uphold the company's high standards of service.
