We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Concierge Lounge Servers to join our esteemed team at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. This part-time position offers an hourly rate of $22.50 and involves working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Concierge Lounge Servers play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by offering expert knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks, paired with outstanding customer service. These servers enhance the guest experience through their ability to describe menu items vividly and accurately, efficiently manage guest orders through point-of-sale systems, and ensure smooth and precise payment processing.

Job Duties
- Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods
- Offer interesting and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste, and preparation methods
- Maintain food and menu knowledge for items offered in the lounge
- Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to bartender using point-of-sale system
- Properly and accurately close guest checks
- process cash and credit card payments
