Job Requirements
- Ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- maintain a professional appearance with clean uniform
- successful completion of safety training and certification prior to employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- at least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
- good conversational skills
- positive attitude and outgoing personality
- ability to work well in a team
- previous serving experience considered a strong advantage
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and attend tables without delay
- serve food and beverages to guests and provide recommendations if necessary
- share knowledge of the menu to assist guests with questions and special requests
- accurately and promptly record transactions in the MICROS system
- approach guests to ensure satisfaction with each dish and drink
- clean tables, complete closing tasks and restock dishes and other supplies
