Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to guests by taking and delivering accurate food and beverage orders in a friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, ensuring tables are cleaned and reset efficiently after each guest's use
- Actively listen to guest requests or concerns, addressing them professionally and escalating to management as needed
- Assist with preparing the lounge for opening and closing procedures, including inventory checks and restocking supplies
- Engage with guests by sharing knowledge about menu items and specials, making personalized recommendations
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while handling food and beverages, maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours
- Handle financial transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change or receipts as necessary
