Job Qualifications

- previous experience in hospitality or casino operations preferred
- strong leadership and supervisory skills
- excellent customer service and communication abilities
- knowledge of casino operations standards and policies
- proficiency in inventory management
- ability to perform administrative tasks including audits and payroll
- problem-solving and multitasking skills
- valid Montana driver’s license
Job Duties
- be responsible for customer service and supervisory decisions consistent with casino operations standards
- assist in planning, leadership, organizing, and follow up on controllable expenses, sales increases, inside gross margin, security and control of corporate funds, shortage controls, promotional programs, and monitoring competitors
- set the proper example for co-workers in professionalism, attitude, and teamwork
- maintain overall maintenance and cleanliness of lounge
- hire, discipline, and promote employees while controlling turnover
- conduct oneself professionally with customers, employees, vendors, and management
- know and perform duties of floor runner, bartender, bookkeeper, and assistant manager
- ensure security of location and company assets
- troubleshoot, repair, and reset signage
- supervise, hire, train, orient, and develop succession plan for staff
- redirect employees including career guidance and discipline
- maintain attendance and cash logs and create schedules
- prioritize, organize, delegate, and follow up on tasks
- perform administrative tasks including audits, bookkeeping, payroll, record maintenance, ordering, invoicing, advertising, public relations, deposits, and report writing
- enter service forms and audit gaming machines
- prepare and complete liquor orders, check deliveries, stock liquor store, and maintain compliance with liquor audits
- submit paperwork to corporate office
- enforce company policies and delegate duties to avoid overtime
- work 40 hours a week and hold monthly team meetings
- manage inventory including pricing, stocking, and auditing of bar and liquor store
- order casino merchandise and invoice
- monitor Real Rewards activity and customer tiers
- maintain accurate liquor pricing and balance analysis reports
- coordinate with corporate on promotions and monitor staff participation
- ensure a safe environment for employees and customers
- provide exceptional customer service and handle complaints professionally
- maintain and repair gaming machines and bar equipment
- keep liquor running book accurate
- maintain valid Montana driver’s license and perform other duties as assigned
