Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of food service management experience
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Employer may require background screening
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of food service management experience
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of food
- Financial experience and business acumen skills
- ServSafe certification is preferred
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet
- Associate's degree is preferred
Job Duties
- Assist with managing food service operations in accordance with the approved budget
- Ensure the food offered to clients, customers, and associates is of superior quality
- Assist with purchasing and inventory control
- Maintain excellent relationships with associates, guests, clients, and other departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Support development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives
