The role of Lounge Manager at Flik Hospitality Group is a vital position responsible for assisting in managing food service operations at the prestigious Centurion Lounge. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between $70,000.00 and $75,000.00 annually. The Lounge Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that all operational aspects comply with corporate and brand standards to maximize guest and associate satisfaction while optimizing profitability.

The Lounge Manager will be intimately involved in the daily management of food service, including overseeing purchasing, inventory control, and maintaining high-quality food offerings to meet the expectations of clients, customers, and associates. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 4 years of food service management experience
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Employer may require background screening
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of food service management experience
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food
  • Financial experience and business acumen skills
  • ServSafe certification is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet
  • Associate's degree is preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist with managing food service operations in accordance with the approved budget
