The Food Service Supervisor position at Flik Hospitality Group plays a critical role in maintaining the high standards the company is known for. This role is responsible for supervising the day-to-day food service operations, ensuring all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are strictly adhered to. Working closely with a diverse team of associates, the supervisor will recruit, train, and coach staff while fostering an environment that promotes teamwork and high performance. The role demands strong operational management including budgeting, marketing, and executing special events or promotions within the food service venue. The ideal candidate will have operational knowledge of cash handling, food service equipment, and computer competency in MS Office applications. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations
  • operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment
  • proficient computer skills with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet
  • ServSafe or Department of Health certification preferred
