The Lounge Manager position at Flik Hospitality Group, specifically at the Centurion Lounge in Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC Airport), plays a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of food service excellence for which the company is known. This role is a full-time opportunity with a salary range between $80,000 and $85,000 annually, reflecting the importance and responsibilities associated with managing a premium lounge environment. The Lounge Manager is tasked with overseeing daily operations, ensuring that the lounge consistently delivers exceptional service and comfort to its guests. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations
  • operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment
  • proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet
  • ServSafe or Department of Health certification preferred

Job Qualifications
