The role encompasses several key functions such as serving guests with food and beverages and bartending duties, while ensuring compliance with safety and beverage regulations. Job Duties

- verify lounge access through boarding passes, loyalty status, partner airline eligibility, or other required procedures
- guide passengers to designated lounge areas, including First Class, Business Class, and Quiet Zones
- assist guests with questions regarding lounge amenities, dining options, services, and facilities
- provide general travel support, including flight updates, gate changes, and directional assistance
- make clear, professional announcements as needed
- monitor guest flow and support lounge operations during peak periods
