Job Duties
- Provide a warm, professional, and polished welcome to all lounge guests
- verify lounge access through boarding passes, loyalty status, partner airline eligibility, or other required procedures
- guide passengers to designated lounge areas, including First Class, Business Class, and Quiet Zones
- assist guests with questions regarding lounge amenities, dining options, services, and facilities
- provide general travel support, including flight updates, gate changes, and directional assistance
- make clear, professional announcements as needed
- monitor guest flow and support lounge operations during peak periods
- maintain a clean, organized, calm, and guest-ready lounge environment
- communicate guest needs, service concerns, or operational issues to leadership promptly
- represent Abby’s Catering and airline partner standards with professionalism, composure, and attention to detail
- support team members as needed to ensure a smooth and elevated guest experience
