Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bar management experience
- Knowledge of food and liquor laws
- Budget management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Proficiency in record keeping and reporting

- Experience in staff evaluation and personnel direction
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local food and liquor laws
- Ability to manage budgets and expenses
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in training and development of associates
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Train associates on job duties including seasoning, food production techniques, plate presentation, display work, cleaning and sanitation
- Assist with writing schedules, evaluating associates, and directing personnel
- Maintain open verbal and written communication between management and associates
- Write and present disciplinary actions as needed
- Provide associates with necessary tools and equipment
- Participate in weekly staff, sales BEO, food and beverage meetings, and monthly inventory
- Ensure high quality food and drink preparation and efficient service
