Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior bar management experience
  • Knowledge of food and liquor laws
  • Budget management skills
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Proficiency in record keeping and reporting

Job Qualifications

  • Prior bar management experience
  • Experience in staff evaluation and personnel direction
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local food and liquor laws
  • Ability to manage budgets and expenses
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in training and development of associates
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Train associates on job duties including seasoning, food production techniques, plate presentation, display work, cleaning and sanitation
  • Assist with writing schedules, evaluating associates, and directing personnel
  • Maintain open verbal and written communication between management and associates
  • Write and present disciplinary actions as needed
  • Provide associates with necessary tools and equipment
  • Participate in weekly staff, sales BEO, food and beverage meetings, and monthly inventory
  • Ensure high quality food and drink preparation and efficient service
