Job Requirements

Job Duties

- greet and engage customers, remembering regular patrons' names

- suggest and assist customers with gaming machine operations
- wear uniform and maintain neat appearance
- answer and screen telephone calls
- accurately account for cash transactions
- use fire extinguisher and follow safety procedures
- report personnel or policy issues to management
- coordinate with maintenance and gaming companies for repairs
- refill taps and change kegs
- vacuum, mop, and sweep floor areas
- handle disruptive customers professionally and document incidents
- plan bar menus and create drink recipes
- serve snacks and food items
- assist with verifying wins and make payouts
- complete shift paperwork, balance tills, and cash receipts
