Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in premium customer service roles
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Exceptional communication skills
- Must pass all airport and TSA background checks
- Availability to work flexible shift schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in premium customer service roles such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of airline premium products is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests and verify lounge access
- Assist guests with travel-related inquiries including re-bookings and seat changes
- Maintain the impeccable presentation of the lounge environment
- Provide expert knowledge of Alaska Airlines premium products
- Serve as a solution-oriented problem solver for guest issues
- Support a high standard of premium customer service in a fast-paced setting
- Adapt to shift-based schedules including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
