Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in premium customer service
Must be at least 18 years old
Legal authorization to work in the US
Ability to stand for long periods
Must pass all airport and TSA background checks
Availability for flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Exceptional communication skills

Job Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in premium customer service roles such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Knowledge of premium product offerings
Strong problem-solving skills
At least 18 years of age
