Job Requirements

at least 18 years old
legally authorized to work in the US
ability to stand for long periods
must pass all airport and TSA background checks
flexible availability for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
minimum 2 years in premium customer service
excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

2 plus years in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
exceptional communication skills
knowledge of premium products and services
ability to stand for long periods
guest-focused attitude
experience in hospitality or aviation industries
