Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to stand for long periods
Must pass all airport and TSA background checks
Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Prior experience in premium customer service

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
Exceptional communication skills
Proven ability to stand for prolonged periods
Skilled in guest interaction and conflict resolution
Knowledge of airline premium products is a plus
