Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
legally authorized to work in the US
pass airport and TSA background checks
availability for flexible, shift-based schedule including early morning, late night, weekend and holiday shifts
ability to stand for prolonged periods
excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years in a premium customer service role
experience in 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining preferred
exceptional communication skills
ability to stand for long periods
customer-oriented mindset
knowledge of airline or hospitality services is a plus
