Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in premium customer service
- At least 18 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Must pass all airport and TSA background checks
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Familiarity with customer service in aviation or hospitality sectors
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Duties
