Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in premium customer service
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass airport and TSA background checks
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be flexible with shift schedules including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of airline lounge operations preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Verify guest lounge access
