Job Requirements

- Minimum of two years experience in premium customer service
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Pass all airport and TSA background checks
- Willingness to work flexible, shift-based schedules including weekends and holidays

- Minimum of two years in a premium customer service role
- e.g., 4/5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, fine dining
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of premium hospitality and airline lounge operations
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and verify lounge access
- Assist guests with travel-related inquiries including re-bookings and seat changes
- Maintain the impeccable presentation of the lounge
- Act as an expert on Alaska Airlines premium products
- Provide solution-oriented support to guest issues
- Ensure compliance with all airport and TSA security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to uphold exceptional service standards
