Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Pass all airport and TSA background checks
  • Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a premium customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in hospitality or premium airline lounge services
  • Ability to effectively manage guest interactions
  • Proven problem-solving skills in customer service contexts
  • Knowledge of airline products and travel procedures preferred

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests and verify lounge access
  • Assist with travel-related inquiries including re-bookings and seat changes
  • Maintain the lounge’s impeccable presentation and cleanliness
  • Provide expert knowledge on Alaska Airlines’ premium products and services
  • Serve as a solution-oriented problem solver for guest concerns
  • Support early morning, late evening, weekend, and holiday shift operations
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer care at all times
