The JW Marriott Austin, a popular luxury hotel under the White Lodging umbrella, is currently seeking an Executive Lounge Attendant to join its dedicated hospitality team. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where superior guest service and attention to detail are paramount. The Executive Lounge Attendant is responsible for overseeing the setup, service, and clean-up of the prestigious Executive Lounge, a space designed to provide guests with an exclusive, comfortable, and refined experience. This position requires an individual with an outgoing and social personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

In this role, the Executive Lounge Attendant will set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks with precision, ensuring all setups are inviting and impeccably presented. The attendant will professionally serve food and beverages both tableside and from buffet stations, making sure every guest's need is anticipated and met with professionalism and friendliness. Knowledge of all menu items, their contents, preparation methods, and appropriate garnishes is essential, as the attendant will accurately answer guest questions and guide them through their selections. Maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of the lounge by monitoring tables and buffets is a critical part of the job, alongside executing opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.

The role demands a high level of stamina, as attendants must be able to stand and walk for extended periods while regularly lifting at least 10 pounds.
