The role of Executive Lounge Attendant at JW Marriott Austin is pivotal for maintaining the high standards of service and ambiance expected by the hotel's distinguished clientele. This full-time position is centered on ensuring the successful setup, service, and cleanup of the Executive Lounge. The Executive Lounge serves as an exclusive space where guests experience elevated comfort and personalized service. As an Executive Lounge Attendant, the individual will be responsible for careful arrangement of tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks to create an inviting and visually appealing environment. The role involves professional service of food and beverages, attentive monitoring of the lounge to maintain cleanliness and sufficient stock, and anticipating guest needs with a proactive and friendly approach that exceeds their expectations.

In addition to carrying out setup and service duties, the Executive Lounge Attendant must be well-versed in all menu items, including content, preparation, and garnishes, to answer guest inquiries accurately and confidently. The position requires physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods and the ability to lift at least 10 pounds regularly.
