As a Lounge Bartender at Concord Hospitality, you will play a critical role in crafting memorable guest experiences. This position involves preparing a wide range of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring that every drink meets the company’s high Beverage Standards. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, which includes setting up and breaking down the bar, managing inventory levels, and ensuring proper storage of all supplies such as liquor, fruits, and juices. Your attention to detail is crucial as you follow check handling procedures and credit card policies to ensure a seamless and secure transaction process.

In this role, you will accept and process drink orders from guests and servers promptly and professionally while maintaining excellent communication and customer service skills.
