Job Description

Concord Hospitality is a prominent hospitality company known for its commitment to quality, guest satisfaction, and associate development across its portfolio of hotels and properties. As an established leader in the hospitality industry, Concord Hospitality operates with a strong emphasis on creating memorable guest experiences while fostering a positive work culture rooted in its five cornerstones: Quality, Integrity, Community, Profitability, and FUN. The company's "Associate First" culture focuses on supporting personal and professional growth, offering comprehensive training and career advancement opportunities for all employees, from interns to executive leaders. Concord Hospitality promotes a diverse and inclusive environment, ensuring that its workplaces are welcoming and supportive for all individuals. The company is also committed to work-life balance, encouraging its associates to thrive both inside and outside of the workplace.

The role of Lounge Bartender at Concord Hospitality is a key position dedicated to crafting exceptional guest experiences through expert beverage preparation and outstanding service. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for mixology, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. As a Lounge Bartender, you will be responsible for meticulously setting up and breaking down the bar area, ensuring that all liquor, fruits, and juices are stored properly and ready for efficient use.

In this role, precision is paramount, as you will prepare cocktails in strict accordance with established Beverage Standards using accurate measurements to ensure consistency and quality. You will also be tasked with promptly accepting and processing drink orders from guests and servers with professionalism and courtesy, enhancing the overall guest experience. Strict adherence to check handling procedures, including credit card policies (excluding cash tabs), underscores the importance of operational integrity and safety.

Additionally, the Lounge Bartender performs essential opening and closing duties as per outlined checklists, which include replenishing glassware, maintaining ice levels, cleaning floors, and managing trash disposal to uphold a pristine and inviting bar atmosphere. Inventory management responsibilities require you to monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels of soda, juices, beer, and other bar supplies, ensuring proper rotation to reduce waste and maximize efficiency.

This role demands strong interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a steadfast commitment to cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Prior bartending or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills within a supportive and dynamic team setting.

Concord Hospitality offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance and disability options; a 401(k) program with company match; tuition assistance; discounted room rates at Concord-managed hotels; and various training and career development programs. Joining Concord Hospitality means becoming part of an inclusive family that values every associate and strives to create an environment where great work is recognized and personal growth is encouraged. "We Are Concord!" reflects the pride and enthusiasm shared by all who contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
