We are currently hiring a Lounge Bartender to join our team. In this role, the Lounge Bartender will be responsible for serving beverages and menu items to guests in a professional, competent, and timely manner to ensure a superior guest experience. This position requires a strong understanding of beverage standards, cocktail preparation, inventory management, and compliance with all alcohol-serving regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe bar environment.

The Lounge Bartender will undertake various duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar station, handling guest orders accurately, ensuring bar stock is replenished, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the shift. Adherence to company policies regarding credit card processing, check handling, and promotional drink usage is essential. This role also involves following established safety procedures and regulatory requirements to prevent the service of alcohol to minors and ensure all serving practices meet the highest standards.
