The bartender is also responsible for accurately processing orders and payments, adhering to all applicable laws and corporate policies on alcohol service, and securing the bar area after shifts. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- compliance with alcohol service laws and company policies
- excellent memory and ability to promote menu items
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis
- requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce based on daily function projections
- maintain stock, cut, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily
- greet guests courteously and promote and document drink orders
- mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and portion control
- abide by all state, federal, and corporate alcohol service regulations
- input orders into the register and create checks for guests to maintain accountability
- receive cash, make change, verify charges, and record transactions accurately
- lock up and store beverage, food, and equipment items securely
- deposit cash drops and secure bank
- comply with attendance rules and work regularly
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
