We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Lounge Floor Runner to join our dynamic team. As a Lounge Floor Runner, your role is integral to maintaining the seamless operation of our lounge and bar areas. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions with accuracy, and assisting in various operational and housekeeping tasks throughout the casino. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will engage directly with our guests, ensuring they have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Your duties will range from mixing and serving drinks, keeping the bar area well-stocked and orderly, to assisting with gaming machine operations and maintaining hygiene across the lounge and casino floor. You will play a critical role in upholding the casino's image of professionalism and hospitality, recognizing regular patrons by name, ensuring compliance with age verification laws, and managing customer interactions smoothly and courteously.
Your responsibilities will also include operational support such as managing inventory rotation, cleaning duties inside and outside the casino, and assisting management with reporting and maintenance needs. This position demands a high level of accountability, as you will be entrusted with handling large amounts of cash and valuable inventories. Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service

- empty trash cans and wash dishes
- clean tables and messes
- accurately make change and account for large amounts of cash
- stock, price, receive, and rotate bar products and supplies
- change out kegs
- use fire extinguisher and other safety equipment
- understand safety manual
- complete casino restroom logs
- report personnel issues or policy violations
- call maintenance or gaming machine company for repairs
- change tape in gambling machines
- fill glasses of beer from tap
- serve wine, mixed, bottled, and draft beverages
- distribute drinks
- pick up empty glasses, pitchers, cans, bottles, litter
- fill and carry buckets of ice
- change soda premix syrup boxes
- change taps on kegs
- vacuum lounge floor
- mop and sweep floor behind bar
- wash glassware and clean bar areas
- arrange bottles and glasses for attractive displays
- handle disruptive customers professionally
- document incidents
- communicate product needs
- plan bar menus and create drink recipes
- order and requisition liquors and supplies
- serve snacks or food items at bar
- receive payments and tally transactions
- assist patrons verifying wins and payout gambling machine winners
- complete shift paperwork
- balance tills and cash receipts
