Job Requirements
- High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
- Ability to walk, stand and sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift unassisted up to 40 lbs
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with health and safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender of a food and beverage establishment
- The ability to anticipate customer needs and multitask
- Working knowledge of Food and Beverage service policies and procedures
- Effectively interact with guests and all levels of management, associates and clientele, both inside and outside the organization
- Self-motivated to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Familiarity with the POS system
- Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail
- Must have flexible availability
Job Duties
- Dispense drinks including cocktails and mocktails in accordance with the standard recipe
- Ensures high standard of sanitation and hygiene in the work area
- Maintains high standard of personal appearance and personal hygiene at all times
- Check and oversee the wines storage, conditions, stock levels at the bar and beverage storeroom
- Ensures wines are stocked and stored in proper temperatures and correct manner
- Perform cashiering tasks according to the set standards
- Ensures security of beverage stocks in bars by observing control and inventory procedures
