Job Requirements

  • High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
  • Ability to walk, stand and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift unassisted up to 40 lbs
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a bartender of a food and beverage establishment
  • The ability to anticipate customer needs and multitask
  • Working knowledge of Food and Beverage service policies and procedures
  • Effectively interact with guests and all levels of management, associates and clientele, both inside and outside the organization
  • Self-motivated to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Familiarity with the POS system
  • Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail
  • Must have flexible availability

Job Duties

  • Dispense drinks including cocktails and mocktails in accordance with the standard recipe
  • Ensures high standard of sanitation and hygiene in the work area
  • Maintains high standard of personal appearance and personal hygiene at all times
  • Check and oversee the wines storage, conditions, stock levels at the bar and beverage storeroom
  • Ensures wines are stocked and stored in proper temperatures and correct manner
  • Perform cashiering tasks according to the set standards
  • Ensures security of beverage stocks in bars by observing control and inventory procedures
