We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Lounge Bartender to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about mixology, hospitality, and providing outstanding guest service. The Lounge Bartender will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some light meals to hotel guests and visitors in our lounge area. This position requires attention to detail, knowledge of beverage recipes, adherence to state liquor regulations, and the ability to engage guests with warmth and professionalism. Working closely with the Food and Beverage team, the bartender will maintain cleanliness and organization within the lounge, manage stock and supplies, handle monetary transactions securely, and ensure all service operations meet our high standards. This role offers a clear career progression path within the hospitality industry, with positions such as F&B Supervisor, F&B Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, and beyond available for aspiring professionals. The ideal candidate will possess certifications in alcohol awareness and CPR, have excellent communication skills, and bring a positive energy that enhances the guest experience.
