Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a lounge restaurant or similar setting
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes wine beer and spirits
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Ability to work in a high-energy fast-paced environment
- Legal age to serve alcohol in the state
- Physical ability to stand for long periods lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks such as bending reaching and carrying trays
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a high-energy fast-paced environment
- Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol in the state
- Ability to stand for long periods lift heavy items up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending reaching and carrying trays
- Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes including cocktails wine beer and specialty drinks
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the drink and food menu to provide recommendations and upsell to guests
- Engage with guests in a friendly approachable manner to ensure a positive experience
- Respond to guest requests and customize drinks when appropriate
- Keep the bar area clean and organized by wiping surfaces washing glassware and maintaining stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Monitor and restock bar supplies including liquor mixers glassware and garnishes as needed and communicate inventory needs to management
- Process guest payments accurately including handling cash and credit card transactions and balancing the register at the end of the shift
- Follow all company policies procedures and state federal laws related to the responsible service of alcohol
- Verify the legal drinking age of guests
- Work closely with lounge servers barbacks and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner escalating issues to management when necessary
- Stay current on cocktail trends and techniques and participate in company provided training as required
