The Lounge Bartender is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the service outlet and managing stock and supplies effectively. Experience working in a food and beverage environment is beneficial but not mandatory, as training and certification opportunities are provided. The role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings and enjoy engaging with guests through friendly conversations and suggestive upselling techniques. This position emphasizes compliance with state liquor laws and safety regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
