Job Requirements
- Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
- Guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Reliable punctual and professional in appearance and demeanor
- Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Set up banquet and meeting spaces according to event orders including tables linens glassware and décor in alignment with brand standards
- Provide warm professional and engaging service to all guests throughout each event
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner following proper service etiquette
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before during and after events
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to ensure smooth event flow
- Assist with event breakdown and proper storage of equipment and supplies
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff supervisors and fellow team members
- Follow all company policies safety procedures and health regulations
- Uphold Windsor Hospitality’s commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction
