The Service Technician role at White Castle is a pivotal position responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and repair of company-operated facilities including restaurants, office spaces, warehouses, and related properties. This hands-on position involves maintaining equipment and grounds to a high standard consistent with the company’s brand image, thereby ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees. The technician will carry out troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance tasks to uphold the appraised value and operability of the properties. This is a highly dynamic role requiring mechanical aptitude, knowledge of HVAC systems, ability to respond to emergency repair calls including after-hours duties, and proficiency in managing maintenance records, invoices, and parts inventory. The position demands an individual who can make informed decisions regarding repairs versus replacements and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

White Castle offers a competitive pay scale with hourly rates starting from $32.31 to $43.08 depending on qualifications and experience. The company also provides an attractive compensation package, including an annual holiday bonus contingent on company financial performance. Additional benefits include paid time off, medical and dental/vision plans, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, profit-sharing programs, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). White Castle supports its employees with perks such as free uniforms, free meals during shifts, scholarship opportunities, career growth with promote-from-within policies, and community engagement initiatives. This career opportunity is designed for motivated individuals seeking not just a job, but a rewarding career path with a historic brand known for its innovation and dedication to quality. Join White Castle and become part of a team that values passion, creativity, and the drive to create memorable moments every day for generations of Cravers.
