We are currently hiring a Part-Time Barback to join our dedicated team. Preparing and slicing garnishes, setting and resetting tables, and managing dirty dishes and sanitation are all key elements of the daily workflow. Physical stamina is also important, as the position requires standing and walking for long periods, handling repetitive tasks, and occasionally lifting or pushing heavy items.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality or service industry is a plus
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to constantly stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to constantly handle (grasping, holding), and finely manipulate, repetitive motion of hands and feet
- Ability to frequently reach over shoulder, overhead, and outward
- Ability to occasionally kneel, squat, twist and bend
- Ability to occasionally push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand
- Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality or service industry is a plus
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Communicates clearly and delivers friendly, attentive service to guests and team members
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and anticipates guest and team needs

- Customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available
- Slice and prepare garnishes
- Control and limit wastage
- Maintain bar and lounge cleanliness
- Follow all rotation procedures to ensure freshness and quality
- Assist with all reasonable bartender duties as required
- Adhere to basic hygiene procedures and grooming standards
