We are currently seeking a motivated Lot Technician / Lot Attendant to join our energetic team. This role is essential in maintaining the presentation and organization of our new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, ensuring vehicles are movement-ready across different departments, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the dealership. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced setting, have a keen eye for detail, and a strong work ethic. As a Lot Technician / Lot Attendant at Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC, you will play a pivotal role in keeping the dealership’s vehicle inventory cleaned, fueled, and properly displayed to enhance customer shopping experiences. You will coordinate with Sales and Service departments to move vehicles as necessary, stage and park vehicles on the lot, assist with vehicle merchandising, and conduct routine lot maintenance. This includes washing cars, installing dealer plates, and preparing vehicles with stock tags and window stickers. Additionally, you will support trade-in vehicle processes and contribute to lot safety and appearance, including snow removal in winter months.

This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions typical to Colorado. The ability to operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions is preferred. A clean driving record and valid driver’s license are mandatory.
