The Lot Tech / Inventory Manager plays a vital role in the seamless operation of Performance's inventory management system. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with vehicles, and collaborating with a team. As the Lot Tech / Inventory Manager, you will oversee both new and used vehicle inventory, ensuring that the lot remains organized, safe, and aesthetically appealing. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles, inspecting inventory for any damage, managing the organization of the lot, replenishing frontline vehicles, and ensuring that all vehicles are properly priced and ready for sale. Job Requirements

  • pass a drug screening to ensure a safe and winning team

Job Qualifications

  • maintain a positive, energetic attitude throughout the day
  • flexible schedule and able to work nights and weekends
  • has physical ability to drive and park all automobiles (automatic and standard transmission)
  • valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • maintain clean inventory by washing lot vehicles
  • inspect new and existing inventory for damage
  • maintain, organize, and reorganize inventory lot as needed
  • replenish front line vehicles as needed
  • insure all new and used vehicles are priced and ready to sell
  • assist in other duties such as dealer trades, customer service, etc. as needed
