- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and stand for prolonged periods of time

- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Prior experience working in a dealership preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Park, move and organize new vehicles on the lot according to dealership standards
- Maintain clean, professional appearance of vehicles
- Ensure vehicles are properly staged and ready for test drives, customer delivery or service
- Install dealer plates, license plate frames, and temporary tags
- Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel level, tire pressure, battery status)
- Assist sales and service departments with vehicle transfers and deliveries
- Keep the lot clean, and safe, including snow removal, trash pickup, and debris removal
- Report vehicle damage or safety concerns immediately to management
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and driving policies
