With nearly 50 locations across more than 20 states, Campers Inn RV has established a strong presence in the RV industry by combining family-focused values with a commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. The company prides itself on its core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Continuous Improvement, and Sustainability, which are reflected in every aspect of its operations. Recognized nationally, Campers Inn RV has been named a Top 50 RV Dealership in the U.S. every year since 2010 and was recently honored as one of the Top 5 Blue Ribbon RV Dealerships.

Campers Inn RV is hiring for the position of Lot Porter/Forklift Driver. This role is critical in maintaining the operational efficiency and aesthetic appeal of the dealership's RV lots. The Lot Porter/Forklift Driver is responsible for driving and towing recreational vehicles (RVs) safely around the lot and to various service points such as service bays, gas stations, and repair facilities. In some locations, employees in this role may also operate forklifts, which requires proper certification and adherence to safety protocols. The position demands a high level of attention to detail to keep the lots orderly and the RVs in sale-ready condition. This individual works closely with dealership management and other team members to ensure that display standards are met and that all vehicles are well-maintained and ready for customer viewing or delivery.

This role is safety sensitive, highlighting the importance of following all safety guidelines and protocols to protect both the employee and those around them. Other responsibilities include making daily inspections of showroom and service entrance doors, washing as necessary, assisting with pre-delivery vehicle inspections, and filling vehicles with gas. The job requires a flexible and dependable individual who can multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment and uphold the high standards of the dealership.

Campers Inn RV offers full-time employees (working 30 or more hours per week) comprehensive health and welfare benefits including major medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance options, and an employee assistance program. Additionally, the company provides paid time off, a qualified retirement plan with employer match, and various career development and professional training opportunities. The company values its employees and is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace where individuals can grow their careers while contributing to a loyal customer base and thriving community.

Joining Campers Inn RV means becoming part of a company that not only leads the industry but is driven by purpose and a commitment to helping people enjoy the RV lifestyle. Here, your work will make a meaningful impact, your contributions will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally in a family-oriented and forward-thinking environment.
