Baxter Subaru Omaha is currently seeking a Lot Porter to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the dealership's service department. As a Lot Porter, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers as they arrive, skillfully moving, parking, and maneuvering vehicles around the dealership property to maintain order and efficiency, and transporting vehicles to various locations within the facility. The position also involves enhancing the customer experience by presenting a professional and helpful demeanor, taking on additional responsibilities assigned by management, and contributing positively to the overall workplace culture. The role is part-time, offering competitive pay at $17.00 per hour, with a well-defined work schedule from Tuesday to Friday, 12 PM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 3 PM.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to work scheduled hours Tuesday-Friday 12PM-6PM and Saturdays 8AM-3PM
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Willingness to work in outdoor and vehicle environments
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking and lifting as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service experience strongly preferred
- Ability to operate motor vehicles safely within dealership grounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others
- Adaptability to varied tasks and schedules
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in the Service Department
- Move, park and maneuver cars around the dealership
- Transport vehicles to various locations around the dealership
