The Lot Attendant/Porter position at Jim Keras Subaru offers a dynamic role ideal for self-motivated individuals eager to take the next step in their careers within the automotive sector. This full-time role involves a variety of responsibilities focused on maintaining the appearance and functionality of the dealership's vehicle inventory. Key duties include cleaning both the interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing fluids, replacing batteries, and ensuring vehicles are displayed according to dealership standards. The Lot Attendant/Porter will also be responsible for moving vehicles as directed, maintaining the organization of the lot, and supporting the service department by driving vehicles to and from service areas. Additional tasks include managing key tags, handling vehicle inventories, and ensuring the lot remains neat and orderly at all times.

The successful candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude with a professional demeanor and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Flexibility in scheduling, including some weekend availability, is essential for this role. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
