The role of Lot Porter/Forklift Driver at Campers Inn RV is vital to maintaining the high standards of the dealership’s operations and customer experience. This position involves driving and towing RVs to various locations such as service bays, stores, gas stations, and repair facilities. Depending on the location, the operator may also need to use a forklift. The Lot Porter/Forklift Driver is responsible for keeping the RV lots neat and orderly, ensuring all units are in sale-ready condition, performing daily inspections and cleaning of showroom and service entrance doors, and assisting with pre-delivery inspections. Additionally, this role includes maintaining the dealership premises and filling vehicles with gas as needed. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the ability to operate machinery and vehicles safely and efficiently.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Minimum one year detailing experience preferred
- Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment preferred
- Forklift experience or certification preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Pride in workmanship and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Ability to drive tractors and towing vehicles
- Understanding of risks working around machinery and RVs
- Ability to move RVs of various sizes
- Physical ability to perform tasks including reaching above shoulders and lifting at least 50 pounds
