The dealership prides itself on providing a superior car buying experience, offering not only top-tier vehicles but also comprehensive maintenance and repair services to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

As a luxury dealership, Hendrick Lexus Charlotte fosters a professional and supportive work environment where employees are valued for their contributions and dedication. The company embraces core values such as servant leadership, teamwork through trust and respect, integrity, customer enthusiasm, passion for winning, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The role of Lot Attendant at Hendrick Lexus Charlotte is an essential position responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the vehicle inventory. This is a full-time role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Lot Attendant ensures that new and used vehicles are moved, cleaned, and refurbished efficiently to present the dealership’s inventory in the best possible condition to customers and staff alike. The Lot Attendant’s duties include moving and delivering vehicles across the dealership lot, ensuring all cars are clean both inside and out, and maintaining an orderly and safe environment in the car lot area. This position requires compliance with safety regulations and company policies, along with participation in training to maintain high standards of service and workplace conduct. While this role does not carry supervisory responsibilities, it is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction indices (CSI) at or above company standards by supporting smooth and efficient dealership operations.

Ideal candidates for this role will have a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills for timekeeping, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. This role demands physical stamina, as the employee must stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. The job involves working both indoors and outdoors, navigating various environments and weather conditions, as well as frequent interaction with personnel from different departments and customers. Attendance reliability, a positive attitude, and the willingness to perform a variety of tasks assigned by supervisors are critical for success.
