The dealership is currently seeking a full-time Dealership Lot Porter to join their team. This role is essential in maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the dealership lot and facilities. The position operates on a set schedule from Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm, offering stability for the ideal candidate. The hourly pay starts at $20 or more depending on experience, reflecting the value Subaru of Missoula places on attracting dedicated and reliable team members. The Dealership Lot Porter is responsible for various duties, including general lot clean-up, shuttle services, garbage removal, janitorial and facility upkeep, basic maintenance tasks, prepping vehicles for sale and test drives, and assisting with vehicle detailing as needed. This role requires attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the physical capability to perform a wide range of tasks in an outdoor and indoor dealership environment.
