The company treats every employee and customer with fairness, respect, and genuine care, upholding core values such as integrity, teamwork, continuous improvement, and sustainability. Campers Inn RV has earned national recognition as a Top 50 RV Dealership in the U.S. every year since 2010 and was recently named one of the Top 5 Blue Ribbon RV Dealerships in the industry by RVBusiness. As a company, Campers Inn RV is driven by purpose, innovation, and a commitment to helping people enjoy the RV lifestyle and find their AWAY. Their vision is to be the trusted resource for RVers, employees, customers, and partners alike. With ongoing expansion and preparations for global growth, they offer meaningful career paths, strong development opportunities, and the chance for employees to make a real impact in the communities they serve.
The role of Lot Porter/Forklift Driver at Campers Inn RV is a key operational position focused on maintaining the appearance and functionality of the RV lots. This position involves driving and towing RVs, operating forklifts (depending on location), and ensuring that the RVs and dealership premises are kept in a sale-ready condition. The Lot Porter/Forklift Driver is responsible for transporting RVs to and from service bays, stores, gas stations, and repair facilities as needed. Additionally, the role includes daily inspections and maintenance tasks such as cleaning showroom and service entrance doors, keeping the vehicle lots neat and orderly according to dealership display standards, filling vehicles with gas, and assisting with pre-delivery inspections. Since this is a safety-sensitive position, attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and the ability to manage various physical tasks are essential. Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work independently or as part of a team will find this role rewarding. Campers Inn RV values employees who are dedicated to quality and safety while contributing to the company’s mission of excellence and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a hands-on role in the dynamic and growing RV industry, with competitive compensation and comprehensive employee benefits.
