The Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor role at PMC is essential in maintaining a smooth, safe, and organized parking environment for guests. This position involves directing vehicle traffic, assisting customers with parking-related queries, managing ticketing and payment processing accurately, and ensuring the parking lot remains clean and secure at all times. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and capable of working comfortably outdoors in various weather conditions while upholding a professional appearance and attitude.
This full-time or part-time, non-exempt position reports directly to either the Commercial Parking Manager or Hotel Self Parking Manager and offers an hourly base rate that varies by market. The Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor not only serves as a frontline representative of PMC’s hospitality-driven brand but also supports critical administrative and security functions that ensure smooth lot operations. Responsibilities include issuing tickets, handling payments, maintaining accurate records, monitoring lot safety, reporting suspicious activities, and assisting with light maintenance tasks.
To be successful, candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record, and complete a background check. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods. Schedule flexibility is essential, with shifts possibly covering nights, weekends, and holidays.
