We are currently seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Lot Attendant/Porter to join our team at Lithia Subaru of Fresno. This full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining the dealership's appearance and supporting the sales staff to ensure a seamless experience for all customers. As a Lot Attendant/Porter, you will be responsible for keeping the dealership lot clean, organized, and ready for presentation by performing tasks such as washing, fueling, and preparing vehicles for display and customer delivery. You will actively contribute to the efficiency and professionalism of the dealership by moving and parking vehicles safely throughout the lot, assisting with merchandising and arranging vehicle displays, and maintaining the cleanliness of the showroom and exterior spaces.

The role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety, as you will perform daily lot inspections, reporting any vehicle damage or maintenance concerns promptly. Supporting the sales team with vehicle retrievals and other dealership needs is an essential part of the position, and you will also interact with customers to provide excellent service that reflects the dealership's customer-first philosophy.

Employees in this role can expect to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and should be physically capable of standing, walking, and moving vehicles throughout the workday. The position requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, and preference is given to those who can operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
