We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Lot Tech to join our team. This full-time position plays a vital role in the dealership's operations by ensuring the service lot is maintained to the highest standards and that vehicles are clean, orderly, and ready for customer interactions. The Lot Tech, also known as the Service Lot Attendant or Porter, is instrumental in moving vehicles around the service area, assisting with vehicle cleanliness both inside and out, replenishing fluids, replacing batteries as needed, and supporting customer satisfaction by delivering vehicles post-service. The role is perfect for individuals who enjoy being hands-on, working outdoors, and operating in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. Additionally, the Lot Tech helps facilitate smooth service operations by transporting customers when necessary, and handling key-related inventory tasks. This position demands a flexible schedule including Saturdays, a positive and can-do attitude, and a commitment to best-in-class customer service. Job Duties
- Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary
- Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
- Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
- Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
- Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
- Perform other duties as assigned
