With a strong presence in the automotive industry, Hiley Automotive Group is dedicated to providing a best-in-class experience for customers and a supportive, growth-focused environment for its team members. The company prides itself on hiring top talent to ensure the highest quality of service and to cultivate a workplace where associates can thrive professionally and personally. At Hiley Automotive Group, the focus is on meaningful and challenging work, engagement, collaboration, and recognition for performance, which drives the company’s reputation as a desirable place to build a career.

This particular role within the Hiley Automotive Group involves maintaining the inventory appearance and performance of vehicles on the dealership lot. The position is a key part of the team that ensures the dealership presents itself in the best possible light to customers. This includes comprehensive cleaning of the interior and exterior of vehicles, monitoring and replenishing vehicle fluids, and replacing batteries as necessary. The role also requires maintaining an orderly and visually appealing lot by moving cars according to management directives and adhering to dealership display standards.

Additionally, this position involves driving vehicles between various locations within the dealership property, such as service lanes, stalls, and parking areas, to facilitate efficient operations. Managing the inventory of vehicles closely, including retrieving and delivering them between designated areas on the property, is a critical aspect of the job. The role is dynamic and may require other duties as assigned, demonstrating the importance of flexibility and a willingness to contribute to multiple areas of dealership operations.

To succeed in this position, candidates must be able to work flexible schedules, including some weekends, and exhibit a positive, can-do attitude with an eagerness to improve. A professional demeanor and the ability to deliver excellent customer service are vital, as is reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Hiley Automotive Group values associates who bring confidence, reliability, and a cooperative spirit to the team.

The company offers competitive pay, a variety of benefits such as medical and dental insurance, paid time off, 401(k) plans at most locations, life insurance, and opportunities for professional development. Hiley Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, prohibiting discrimination or harassment on any legally protected basis.
