The role of Sales Lot Attendant at Tom Wood Subaru is an essential position within the sales team, designed to ensure that daily dealership operations flow smoothly and efficiently. This position serves as a first point of contact for guests arriving at the showroom lot, making a significant impact on customers’ impressions and experiences. The Sales Lot Attendant is tasked with maintaining the appearance, safety, and organization of the sales lanes, showroom, and vehicle lot areas. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner, organizing and preparing vehicles for sales activities, and supporting the sales team with logistical tasks such as parking, retrieving, and moving vehicles around the lot or showroom as needed.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including vehicle movement and lot maintenance

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the sales lane
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales lane, showroom, and lot
- Park, retrieve, and organize vehicles as needed
- Support the sales team with vehicle preparation, lot organization, and vehicle movement
- Deliver excellent customer service and help create a welcoming dealership environment
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional appearance of all lot areas
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations
